Behind Redefine Wellness®

Hey, I’m Jillian O’Neil—a Wellness Coach and the founder of Redefine Wellness®. With over a decade of experience, I bring a 360° approach that blends nutrition, training, sleep, mindset, and daily systems into something that actually fits real life.

My work has spanned everyone from C-suite executives to stay-at-home parents, professional athletes, and touring musicians—and everything in between. Over the years, I’ve pulled together the strategies that consistently worked at the foundation for nearly all of them. Those proven basics are exactly what I’ve built into this course.

Who is this course for?

It works whether you’re a beginner building a solid foundation or someone experienced who wants to fine-tune and create consistency. Past participants have included executives, stay-at-home parents, professional athletes, students and musicians—because the method adapts to fit any lifestyle.

What if I have already tried other programs and nothing stuck?

You’re not alone—most of our students have tried other programs before. The difference here is that we don’t rely on strict rules or temporary “challenges.” Instead, we focus on building small, repeatable habits across five core wellness pillars. This approach helps you avoid the all-or-nothing cycle and actually integrate changes into your daily life for the long term.

Is this a diet?

Definitely not. This program isn’t about strict rules or restriction—it’s about building skills, habits, and systems that fit your real life. You’ll learn how to create meals and routines that feel good, are sustainable, and adapt with you over time.

How is this different from other online wellness courses?

Redefine Wellness® is built on a 360° method that integrates nutrition, training, sleep, mindset, and healthy living. Instead of focusing on just one piece (like food or workouts), we connect all the dots. Plus, you’ll get personalization, group accountability, and practical tools designed by qualified practitioners and subject matter experts—without the premium price tag of 1:1 coaching.

What if I am a beginner? What if I am already advanced?

The course is designed to meet you where you are. Beginners will learn the fundamentals without feeling overwhelmed, while those with more experience will be able to refine and strengthen their habits. Because the focus is on building systems you can apply in real life, the material scales up or down to match your level.

Do I need to follow a specific meal or workout plan?

No. You’ll learn how to create flexible routines that work for you, not copy someone else’s plan. We’ll give you frameworks and tools for nutrition and movement that you can adapt to your preferences, schedule, and lifestyle. The goal is to make it realistic and enjoyable—because that’s what lasts.

Will I need equipment, apps, or special tools?

No special equipment is required. We’ll show you how to work with what you already have—whether that’s a gym membership, some at-home basics, or just your bodyweight. We may suggest optional tools that can enhance your experience (like trackers, journals, or bands), but they’re never mandatory. A Gmail account will be required for downloading worksheets and sharing documents with our team as needed.

How much time will this take each week?

On average, expect to spend 1–3 hours per week depending on the course material. Some weeks include longer videos, but how quickly you move is up to you—you can go faster and complete the course in less than 10 weeks if you’d like. Part of your “homework” is practicing and applying what you learn between lessons, so there’s always something to do outside of watching the videos.

How long do I have to finish the course?

The core curriculum is 10 weeks, but you’ll have 16 weeks of access to complete it (because life happens, and we want you to have breathing room). If you’d like even more accountability, you can extend for an additional 4 weeks.

What if I can't make the live calls?

No problem! All group Q+As are recorded, and you’ll have replay access to watch anytime. You can also submit questions ahead of time so they’re answered even if you can’t be there live.

Can I join from outside the U.S.?

Yes! This course is open to international participants. The live calls are scheduled in U.S. time zones, but all sessions are recorded and replays are available to watch at your convenience.

Can I get 1:1 help?

Yes. If you choose the All-In Access tier, you’ll get three private 1:1 coaching calls with Jillian that you can use anytime during the course. These sessions are great if you want to dive deeper into your specific challenges or goals. You can also purchase additional calls with any tier as an add-on if you’d like extra guidance.

How much personal feedback will I get?

That depends on the tier you choose. Everyone gets access to the workshops, tools, and habit practices—designed to feel almost like a one-on-one session. If you choose the Guided Path, you’ll also get live group calls, personalized workbook critiques, weekly check-ins, and access to the community. The All-In Access tier includes all of that plus three private 1:1 coaching calls with Jillian, and you can always add more if you’d like.

What kind of results can I expect?

While results vary, most students report improvements in energy, confidence, sleep quality, and consistency with workouts and nutrition. Many also notice reduced stress and a stronger sense of balance in their daily routines. The goal isn’t just short-term results—it’s setting up a system you can carry forward into every season of life.

Is there a refund policy?

We want you to feel confident before you join, which is why we offer optional onboarding calls for anyone who has questions or isn’t sure if this program is the right fit. Due to the nature of digital materials, once you have access we cannot revoke it, so refunds are not available. If you’re unhappy after your first two weeks in the program, we invite you to reach out—we’ll work with you to see if there’s something else you need and can discuss additional support on a case-by-case basis. No refunds or additional bonuses are guaranteed.

That said, this course has been tested and refined with beta testers, and we’re confident you’ll find it not only valuable, but an exceptional investment in your long-term health. Think of it like any other meaningful investment—you often don’t realize the full impact until you’ve lived it.
